In Malaysia, all controlled medications, particularly Group B medications, strictly require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner or a licensed doctor to be dispensed.Β 

Thus, kindly follow these simple steps to complete your purchase securely through MSH ePharma to ensure maximum safety and compliance with health regulations.

  • Step 01

    Upload Your Prescription

    Upload a clear copy of your prescription and fill in your personal details for validation.

    Proceed to the next step if you don’t have a prescription yet.

  • Step 02

    Create A Customer Account

    All customers are required to create an account before proceeding with the purchase.

    If you are a new customer, please create an account; If you already have an account, simply log in to continue. This allows us to verify your identity.

    Please note: A 6% tax will be imposed on all purchases made by non-Malaysian customers in accordance with local regulations.

  • Step 03

    Engage Teleconsultation (if without prescription)

    Chat with our licensed doctors for advice or to obtain prescriptions when required. Skip this step if you already obtained a prescription and proceed to uploading your prescription.

  • Step 04

    Pharmacist Approval

    Our licensed pharmacist will then review your prescription to ensure it meets regulatory requirements and you’ll receive an email update once your purchase request is approved.

  • Step 05

    Proceed with Payment

    Review your order, apply vouchers, and place your order.

  • Step 06

    Self Collect or Courier Service

    Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email to notify you to collect your medicine from the pickup point or a shipping notification.

Controlled medicines can only be dispensed with a valid prescription approved by our pharmacist. Please ensure your uploaded document is clear and complete to avoid delays.
