Celebrating World Pharmacists Day 2026 at MAHSA Specialist Hospital

On 25 September 2026, MAHSA Specialist Hospital celebrates World Pharmacist Day under the theme “Empowering Pharmacists for Healthier Futures.”

Pharmacists play an important role beyond dispensing medicines. They support medication safety, review prescriptions, counsel patients, manage medicine supplies and work closely with doctors and nurses to ensure safe and effective treatment.

To mark this special day, the MAHSA Specialist Hospital Pharmacy Department will engage patients and visitors through medication safety activities, pharmacy information sharing and interactive booths.

The celebration also highlights our commitment to making pharmacy services more accessible through initiatives such as online ePharma, medication delivery, chronic medicines, refill and pharmacist counselling.
